His renowned work with youths at risk, rehabilitation using Shaolin Gongfu and Taiji, blends the techniques of Bodhidharma with science and psychology.

Buddha Zhen founded the nonprofit organization, Tai Chi Youth, in 1996. The TCY Performance Team has performed for thousands of people in the U.S. west.

Tai Chi Youth classes have been offered in over a dozen public schools and churches.

Zhen Shen-Lang is the author of Tai Chi Beginner.
